Refund Policy
- The diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of assessing the appliance issue.
- Refunds for repair services, including labor and parts, will only be considered if the customer is not satisfied and the issue remains unresolved after reasonable attempts to correct the problem.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing or email within 7 days of service completion.
- Parts that have been installed and labor performed are generally not eligible for refund unless a defect covered under warranty is proven.
- We reserve the right to inspect the appliance and repair work before processing any refund requests.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once approved.
