No Trip Charge for Multiple Properties
If you (one customer or entity) have 3 or more different properties—whether houses, apartments, or townhome rentals—located within 1.5 miles of each other, and need diagnostic services for one appliance at each property on the same day, the trip charge will be waived.
Labor charges apply per appliance, not per property. You will also be responsible for any necessary parts charges, if needed.
This offer applies only when the multiple properties are owned or managed by the same customer/entity. It does not apply to separate customers or individuals living close together.
